MASHUP: SCULPT + HIIT

Elevate your fitness with a dynamic program that combines strength training circuits and high-intensity cardio for a comprehensive, body-transforming workout.

About the class:

Formally known as 'Movement Mash-Up,' this class offers a little bit of everything. Starting with a strength/sculpt circuit, followed by a vigorous Tabata Protocol cardio circuit, and ending with a core circuit. 

Suitable for all levels, but expect an intense session that will push your limits and leave you exhilarated.

Mashup: Sculpt + HIIT Schedule:

  • Tuesday

  • Thursday

  • Saturday

  • Sunday

What to expect:

Plan to arrive 5 minutes before the class starts. There is a bathroom, changing stall, and cubbies available. 

We provide all the necessary equipment, including towels and mats, so come as you are and ready to move!

  • Kettlebells (KBs)

  • Dumbbells

  • Stroop Resistance Bands

  • TRX
