Our workouts are designed for maximum results. No gimmicks, just effective workouts that will get you stronger, fitter, and leaner. Your choice from 4 awesome classes that offer strength, High Intensity Interval Training, a mash-up of both, or an intense conditioning circuit. We also now offer a 5th class- the Ultimate Hip Class- which goes beyond stretching to truly open and strengthen the hip joint(s). All of our classes are scaled to all levels, so everyone is welcome and able to work out with the group.
